Work on your own terms with higher pay! There are two different ways to work as a nurse with us. The first option gives you complete control over your working hours, allowing you to mark yourself as available in our app on the days you choose to work. You can then be booked for individual shifts at different hospitals, care facilities and healthcare settings on different days. This gives you a unique opportunity to experience working in different healthcare environments through us before deciding where you feel most comfortable and where you would most like to work. This option is also ideal if you want to combine nursing with studies, another job or other commitments, particularly if you are looking to earn additional income by working extra shifts at times that suit you. The second option is to register your interest in a longer-term assignment. We receive a steady stream of enquiries and vacancies, with opportunities varying in both working hours and assignment length. Whether you are looking for a short-term placement, a longer-term assignment or regular shifts, we work with you to find an opportunity that suits your circumstances and professional experience. With these two flexible ways of working with us, you can find an assignment that suits you, regardless of how you prefer to work. You can also switch between the two options whenever it suits you. For example, many of the nurses who work with us choose to work full-time during certain periods and reduce their hours at other times. With us, you have the freedom to choose how you work and greater flexibility to prioritise your personal life during the periods when it matters most to you.
