Work on your own terms with higher pay! There are two different ways to work as a teacher with us. The first option gives you complete control over your working hours, allowing you to mark yourself as available in our app on the days you choose to work. You can then be booked for individual day-to-day supply assignments at different schools on different days. This gives you a unique opportunity to experience working in different schools through us before deciding where you feel most comfortable and where you would most like to work. This option is also ideal if you want to combine teaching with studies or another job, particularly if you are looking to earn extra income at times that suit you. The second option is to register your interest in a longer-term assignment, such as a full academic year or a school-term placement. We receive a steady stream of enquiries and vacancies, with opportunities varying in both working hours and assignment length. With these two flexible ways of working with us, you can always find an assignment that suits you, regardless of how you prefer to work. You can also switch between the two options whenever it suits you. For example, many of the teachers who work with us choose to work full-time during certain periods of the year and reduce their hours at other times. With us, you have the freedom to choose how you work and greater flexibility to prioritise your personal life during the periods when it matters most to you.
