There are two different ways of working with us. The first option gives you complete control over your working hours. You simply make yourself available through our app on the days you would like to work. You can then be booked for individual shifts at different organisations on different days. This gives you a unique opportunity to experience different workplaces through Staff Express before deciding where you enjoy working most. It is also an excellent option if you want to combine your work with studies or another job, or if you simply want to earn some extra money while working at times that suit you. The second option is to register your interest in a longer-term assignment. We regularly receive requests from organisations looking for staff for a wide range of positions, with different working hours and assignment lengths. With these two options, you can find an arrangement that suits your individual circumstances and preferred way of working. You can also switch between the two options whenever your circumstances change. For example, many of the people who work with us choose to work full-time hours during certain periods of the year and then reduce their working hours at other times.
